Emma is an avid traveler and coffee consumer. During travels in Asia and Central America, Emma observed first hand the barriers and challenges women face not only in caring for their families but accessing resources and support for growth.  As part of her offer in coaching, Emma donates 5% of all received coaching fees in support of the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA), whose mission is to "Empower women in the international coffee community to achieve meaningful and sustainable lives; and to encourage and recognize the participation of women in all aspects of the coffee industry."


Emma’s tenured professional experience with a Fortune 200 financial company allowed her to consult and coach on a global scale with executives and teams.  As a result, she has broad experience coaching individuals and teams in delivering compelling results, achieving strategic goals and increasing valued competencies.  Emma offers coaching for both teams and executives in Leadership Development and works one-on-one with individuals seeking to achieve personal and professional goals through inner work.  Emma has focused her studies to build expertise in Leadership Development through programs of study with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and Leadership Outfitters. Emma has completed the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) working with Doug Silsbee author of The Mindful Coach and Presence-Based Coaching and she is a Certified Presence-Based Coach®.  Emma is an active Yoga practitioner of Dynamic and Gentle Centered Yoga and attended a 200 hr Yoga training course studying at the Centered Yoga Institute under Paul Dallaghan.  Emma also holds an Associate Coach Credential (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
